At Sapphire Wood Furniture, we understand that our customers have different needs when it comes to delivery. Additionally, we realise that shipping can be a significant part of the overall price.
As such, we have committed to keeping our shipping costs low whilst maintaining an extraordinary quality of service. We offer in-house white glove delivery across NSW and ACT, and partner with interstate furniture couriers to get our products into your homes safely and quickly.
Shipping Rates
We can deliver state-wide across NSW and ACT. Our standard shipping includes delivery and assembly of our products into your room of choice for most locations within 30 days, available at the following rates:
· White-glove service is available from $120 within the Sydney metro area, and $165 for the ACT Metro Area.
· Items can also be delivered by one of our national carrier partners, e.g., Australia Post, Allied Express, Couriers Please, Fastway, Star Track Express, Toll Express, or other furniture carriers.
· Pick-up can also be arranged from our Greenacre workshop warehouse, or in store upon request.
We ship at these rates to most urban locations across the Sydney and Canberra metropolitan region. If interstate or rural shipping is required, please contact us to organise a quotation. You may proceed with the order, and we will notify you of additional shipping costs to be paid prior to shipment.
Scheduling delivery
We will contact you to schedule a date for the delivery service to your location. Please ensure that you are available to receive the delivery. An additional charge is made by the courier should the order need to be re-delivered. We will request payment of this additional charge prior to the re-delivery.
Note that orders are delivered in a single shipment. Please let us know if you would like your order despatched in multiple shipments – we will determine the revised shipping cost for you.
A note on packaging material
All your items are well protected by reinforced cardboard cartons and impact resistant packaging to ensure safety during transportation.
Sapphire Wood Furniture remains committed to sustainability and unprecedented quality. As such, with our standard delivery service, the carton removal service includes the disposal of the packaging in a responsible manner.
